Abstract: We discuss the expansion of the anomalous dimensions of N=4 SYM in inverse string tension. We explicitly show that the NNLO calculation of the anomalous dimension of the cusp Wilson loop is free of logarithmic divergences and reproduces the results of the BES equation. Features of the higher order corrections are also discussed.
