Abstract: | Multitiered experiments are characterized as involving multiple randomizations (Brien et al., 2003; Brien and Bailey, 2006). Multiphase experiments are one class of such experiments, other classes being some superimposed experiments and some plant and animal experiments. Particularly common are multiphase experiments with at least one later laboratory phase (Brien et al., 2011); some examples of them, illustrating current research areas, will be presented. |
